Full Description

The Hourglasses by Dokter and Misses are a sculptural take on everyday objects- designer glassware with a twist. Available in two distinct shapes- Bubbles for champagne/MCC and Still for other drinks- each vessel is a double-sided, handmade drinking glass, blown by skilled artisans at Ngwenya Glass in Eswatini using recycled glass.

Whether used as a modern wine glass, a champagne flute, or flipped depending on the mood of the moment, these pieces offer dual functionality and a striking silhouette. Designed for drinkers who appreciate both function and frivolity, the Hourglasses are an artistic and conversation-sparking addition to any table.

Sold as a glassware set or individually, the Hourglass glasses serve as statement glassware in any setting- elevating both casual gatherings and special occasions. As part of a growing movement toward contemporary glassware with meaning and craftsmanship, each sculptural wine glass tells a story of collaboration, material reuse, and thoughtful design.
