DOES IT REQUIRE ASSEMBLY
Basic assembly may be required, depending on your location and shipping method. We’ll make sure it isn’t complicated and give you the info you need. If it is crated for delivery you will need a screwdriver to open the wooden crate.

IS THIS PIECE SUITABLE FOR OUTDOOR USE
It can be used in a covered patio environment. It is not suitable for a space where it will be exposed to extreme weather conditions. If you live in a coastal region please contact us for a quote for an additional rust-retardant coating and stainless steel fixings.
DELIVERY
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.
Orders can also be collected from a Johannesburg address, during office hours, free of charge.

RETURNS
Goods purchased online may be exchanged within a 10 day period of receiving delivery. Only goods received in their original condition will be exchanged.
If there is no physical defect or fault with the product and the exchange is based on style, finish or size, then a collection fee will be applicable and delivery fees will not be credited.
DAMAGES AND DEFECTS
If the goods are found to be defective or damaged we will replace the goods at no cost.
